Freelance Business Analysis
As an independent business analyst in an agile software development team, my role is to be the product owner and expert in the primary stakeholder’s business processes that are driving the project. I use agile requirements elicitation techniques and storyboarding to uncover a set of core business requirements, and facilitate the development of functional requirements. My primary goal is to facilitate the development team’s understanding of the business, so that the end product meets the needs and expectations of all stakeholders.
